This is a hands-on course which allows you to apply your skills in providing first aid and using cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) + Automated External Defibrillator (AED).

Take note:

  • Anyone pregnant or with any medical history such as heart and joint issues should seek advice from their doctors prior to enrolling.
  • Those with expired validity certificates will be required to take the Occupational First Aid course.
