This workshop equips PLT leaders with essential facilitation techniques to lead Professional Learning Teams (PLTs) effectively. Participants will explore key concepts in adult learning, communication, conflict resolution, team dynamics management, and collaborative decision-making. Core strategies such as active listening, the sandwich feedback model and consensus-building will be introduced. Teachers will apply these skills through realistic PLT case scenarios and structured discussion. They will also learn how to manage difficult conversations and foster inclusive team cultures.
