Why This Course Matters

This program provides a comprehensive introduction to the organization’s mission, culture, and community. Participants will explore the Culture of Autism, gain insight into the roles and services of ARC and Pathlight, and learn how inclusive communities are fostered within our schools and programs.

The session which is covered during the 1st week of the New Hire Induction, highlights employee well-being, benefits, leadership and development pathways and the organizational code of conduct. By the end of the program, participants will have a clear understanding of how they contribute to our shared purpose and how they are supported in reaching their full potential within the organization.
